This Wilmington/Philadelphia based group is primarily comprised of trained professional musicians from a variety of cultures and backgrounds who work together to explore a various styles within the Latin music genre.

Pastiche performs music with a variety of Latin-based and Afro-Caribbean rhythms, including salsa, merengue, cha-cha-cha, bolero, cumbia, traditional Cuban son, mambo, & Latin jazz. Drawing on the high quality of musicianship brought to the group by its members, Pastiche provides all the energy and excitement of a larger ensemble, yet has the versatility of a smaller band. The strength of the band lies in the solo improvisational work of its instrumentalists, and in the original composition and arrangements by band members.
